Plan Highlights
Policy Maximum The Patriot Group Medical Travel Insurance provides Policy Maximum options up to $2,000,000, and for those age 80 or older, the maximum is $10,000.
Your choice of US$0, $100, $250, $500, $1,000 or $2,500 annual per person
For treatment received outside the US & Canada: The plan pays 100% of Eligible Expenses after the Deductible up to the Overall Maximum Limit.
For treatment received within the US & Canada: Within the PPO, the plan pays 90% of eligible expenses up to $5,000, then 100% up to the Policy Maximum; outside of the PPO, the plan pays 80% of eligible expenses up to $5,000, then 100% up to the Policy Maximum.
Six months.

Coverage Options:
- If the policy is originally purchased for 3 months coverage can be extended in whole months increments for up to 24 months.
- Optional riders available are: Adventure Sports Rider, Citizenship Rider, and Chaperone/Faculty Replacement riders.
The Patriot Group Travel Medical Insurance can be renewed monthly for up to 24 months.
