The platinum plan offers up to $8 Million and includes coverage for dental and vision while the others offer up to $5 Million.

- Silver provides a Policy Lifetime Maximum of US$5,000,000 with scheduled benefits (or with sub-limits);
- Gold provides a Policy Lifetime Maximum of US$5,000,000 in comprehensive benefits;
- Platinum provides a Policy Lifetime Maximum of US$8,000,000 in comprehensive benefits;
- Gold and Silver: Ranges from $ 250 to $ 10,000 per period of coverage. 50% reduction within PPO.
- Platinum : Ranges from $100 to $10,000 per period of coverage. 50% reduction within PPO.
- Outside the U.S. and Canada
Silver : Plan pays 100% of the covered amount as per the schedule of benefits after deductible.
Gold and Platinum : Plan pays 100%. - In USA and Canada
Outside the network the plan pays 80% of the next $5000 of eligible expenses after the deductible then 100% of the covered as per the Schedule of benefits; In network plan pays 100% of the covered amounts as per the Schedule of Benefits.
Outside the network plan pays 90% of the next $5000 of eligible expenses after the deductible then 100% to the over all maximum per period of coverage; In network plan pays 100%.

Lifetime medical coverage is available if you are enrolled in the Global Basic Insurance plan by your 65th birthday and maintain continuous coverage to age 75.
The plan is annually renewable and coverage is continuous when renewed.
